  "What can I say about this place. We were scheduled to be there for a week. We only stayed one night. It is a lovely setting. Quiet separate buildings for each family. The food prepared there was delicious (for the one meal we had there). The owner, Gilles was very nice and informative and we appreciate what he is trying to do, but it wasn't in our vacation plans to take cold showers and be without air conditioning from 8am until 6pm. Read his green policies before you book here. Apparently power is turned off here by the government for most of the day (hence the lack of A/C).   "First of all, if you want a place with all the perks and amenities, this is not the place. If you want a place to rediscover your family and relax, this is definitely your cup of tea. The staff is excellent at making you feel appreciated and relaxed. The properties are outstanding, clean and safe...". The staff is on island time for sure, but well rewarding for anyone that needs to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We did not take the meal plan but had great meals when we did eat there. The service was everything that you could ask for but not overburdening. They were very accommodating in our attempts to book outdoor activities, restaurant bookings and travel arrangements. Sometimes we get so caught up in our everyday lives that we forget how to live.
