Numerous restaurants & convenience store were available in the hotel which makes it easy for guests. The hotel is in pr..."oximity to the train & subway stations. The only complaint that I had was the front desk issuing out only 1 key to their guest. So if you're traveling with a friend, I suggest that you may want to explore Japan together otherwise ask the front desk to take you upstairs to open your room for you. " More >

  "We had a really nice trip to Tokyo and enjoyed the Park Hyatt. It was our first trip to Tokyo. Our room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a Park Suite King thanks to my husband's Hyatt diamond status. The room was really big and luxurious. The only problem we had was that I didn't realize that ..."in Japan the sun rises at 4:30am and I didn't completely seal off the curtins so we were up much earlier than we thought. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they gave us the option of ordering off the menu in addition to the buffet at no extra charge for eggs. We had complimentary breakfast thanks to the diamond membership, but otherwise it would've been $39 for the buffet (a bit too pricey for my taste) but the al la carte breakfast menu was way more affordable at about $12 per entree, if you didn't want to spend that type of money on breakfast. The service at this hotel is superb, from the bellman who shows up immediately upon your taxi arrival to the front desk staff who patiently explains every detail about the hotel's facility. However, the food is very pricey. If you have the Hyatt Gold Passport, you will get a free continental breakfast on the club floor. There is a well-equipped gym on the 28th floor with a panoramic view of the city. The rooms are decent size for Tokyo, and are well-appointed.
