Room was great - had a problem with rather hard mattress as suffer with back problem, however on advice of resident masseuse, staff added a topper of some sort which very much helped. Staff all so friendly & eage..."r to please, very polite but not too overly familiar. Restaurant & food/service superb, especially Andreas, Maria & Adella - really made us feel welcome & ensured we were happy & satisfied. For me personally, it was my massage with Pan that saved my holiday - was in agony but her skill & knowledge helped me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this place in relative comfort & ease of movement. A 2nd massage at the end of the week helped to travel home again without too much discomfort. she is brilliant! Highly recommend you give it a try.   "I stayed for a week at this hotel from the beginning of May and the place was so clean and everything was new in the room, the shower was immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful they go above and beyond (especially Lizzy on reception she is lovely), the restaurant staff work so hard alw..."ays happy to help and serve you quickly. The only problem is the hotel advertises entertainment but forgets to inform you this is mainly for French travellers they have there own entertainment team based at the hotel and all the shows are in French so you cant enjoy them also it feels like they favour the French people based on them having there own team in the hotel. I did bring this to the hotels attention and they did understand and gave us free massages based on us complaining and seeing where we was coming from, i think the hotel needs to have more English guests and this will change there outlook on some proper entertertainment i mean karaoke would of done some nights just for a laug...   "Spent the last week of april here.Could not complain about anything.From the staff to the food to the bars to the beach everything was what you would want. The staff are very helpful and polite.The food changed daily and always plenty to choose from.The bars well stocked and kept clean.The beach ..."was clean and the sea shallow so good for children to play in.Rooms where cleaned daily and had a fridge which is great in the hot summer month's. The all inclusive finishes at 23.00 pm, but the bars stay open till 01.00 am if you wish to buy more drink.There is a little bar just down the road from the hotel called life bar.Pop in a see taz the bar owner he'll keep you amused.
