From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to be well looked after. Max and Andrew take every opportunity to anticipate the needs..." of their guests from the gorgeous calming decor to the crisp bed linen, highest standards of housekeeping, delicious food and friendly service. On hand are details of several walks straight from the hotel with easy to follow directions. We chose walk number 4 and would highly recommend it. If we would have had more time we would have tried more than one walk as the area around the hotel is so picturesque and interesting and the walks well planned. A pot of tea and the most delicious scones with homemade jam and cream welcomed us on our return to the hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and we hope to return in the near future. " More >
