You couldn't ask for a better location on St. John and the view over Rendevous Bay is amazing. We felt it was just far enough from town and the beaches to have solitude. It was a nice perk to have A/C - we only used it in the bedrooms to cool it off before sleeping after being outside all day. The overhead paddle fans in every room provide a great breeze. We even grilled one night and ate out on the deck. The house comes fully equipped with anything you may need: utensils, wine opener, placemats, candles, cooler, ice packs, zip lock baggies, mosquito spray and coils (a must!), laundry detergent and washer/dryer, beach chairs...etc. The decor in the house is nice and bright - the furniture in the living room looked new and the kitchen was recently remodeled.
