  "We stayed one night at this hotel while attending a family function. The hotel is situated next to a car dealership on one side and a corn field on the other and across the street from the main mall in Waterloo. It is otherwise a commercial area about a quarter mile from a Rt. 85 exit. (Not a pleasa..."nt area in which to take a morning walk.) We were very pleased that the hotel was able to accommodate our request to get into our room at noon rather than the usual 3 pm check-in. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and efficient. Our room was on the ground level of the two-story section on the sunny side that overlooked the parking area. The queen beds were very comfortable and the linens a good quality. The hotel has WiFi throughout. The air conditioning unit was very quiet and efficient. We had a cabinet with a microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, real stone-ware cups, a chest with a TV, and a small table with two chairs. The room lacked a place to put your luggage (an extend...
