Granted I have travelled throughout Italy and have access to amazing Italian food in Toronto and may be a bit picky, but a little research by the chef could have saved this dish. First off, angel hair overcooks very quickly, as was the case here. I would suggest a linguine or something else that would keep some bite.   "Reading the previous review I was a little concerned but trusted that any valid criticism had been addressed, and I am pleased to report that any had been. Staying at Donna’s Doll House was excellent! The room we choose had an amazing lakefront (West Lake) view, and we had our own private deck. ..."The room itself was spacious well-appointed and the entire house was spotless, and beautifully decorated. Donna is flexible and helpful and gave us great dining advice. She gave us keys to the private entrance so we could come and go as we please, and trusted us with a park pass and towel, even though we technically had checked out already. I suppose one possible issue when the property is crowded is the bathroom is shared between 3 rooms, and possibly the owners (I'm not sure). That said, we didn't spend much time in the bathroom, which is modern and clean. Also we stayed at a quiet period.
