  "We stayed at Waterton Glacier Suites during the first week of April 2013, and found this was a clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient choice. Their winter rate ($109 plus tax) was attractive, and one gets a suite with a fridge and microwave. This was a great deal compared to the other options tha..."t time of year. For a few dollars more they included a full breakfast. Since there is only one restaurant open that time of year, one needs the kitchen. The big attractions that time of year are the hiking east of the town site (e.g. the Wishbone Trail), the Cameron Lake road was still open for skiing, and perhaps the largest elk herd in Alberta. The guy that took our reservation was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back, as this is our favorite mountain park. " More >
