The room was immaculate, with attention to every little detail We were shown to a large comfotable lounge area that had lovely garden views, where you could also watch movies on a large flat screen TV. Peter directed us to a beautifully bound book that he has written about Arbroath, and Willowbank to advise you restaurants, sights etc in the area.at breakfast the dining room was set as ina 5 star restaurant and the food and service were the same. After an amazing breakfast we walked through the woodlannd across the road ,where we even had deer cross our path. Willowbank are the benchmark for any B and B / guest house. " More >

  "My husband and I spent a night at Willowbank while traveling through Scotland and can't say enough good things about it. We were warmly welcomed both through email upon booking as well as upon arrival. Our room was absolutely lovely, well appointed and very cozy. There was also a living room for all..." the guests which looked over the beautiful fields surrounding which was a lovely spot to sit and enjoy some wine. So many places leave you stuck in your room but Willowbank really felt like a home. Breakfast was large and outstanding! We were sad to only get to spend a night and would absolutely return. Also, I left a shirt behind by accident and they were kind enough to mail it all the way back to me in the US with a really sweet letter thanking us for staying.
