  "This hotel's full title is the Quality Hotel Le Clocher De Rodez. It is situated opposite the main Bus Station, but don't let that put you off. It's in the Place Jeanne D'Arc (Joan of Arc) which is a good location for getting around the town.The staff were friendly, helpful and (as is always to our ..."shame) switched effortlessly to English. Our room, though utilitarian, was well appointed, clean and pleasant. There was a kettle with tea, coffee, etc plus a bottle of water and small cakes. The spotless bathroom had an excellent shower. A hair dryer was provided. The bathroom mirror was heated, such that it gave a clear centre area when the shower misted up the rest - neat idea. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, as we needed to get away early a couple of times. Anyway, it was charged at 10€. The Brasserie Crystal, next-door-but-two did a perfectly adequate Continental breakfast for 5.50€! " More >

  "This was a lovely little hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very sweet with a beautiful french style bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but functioned very well. The location was very good with a lovely park at the end of the street. Many shop..."s all within walking distance made it a very convenient place to stay. Only negative I found was there was no provisions for making a cup of tea in the room. Our stay was only one night, had I stayed for longer I think I would have been quite bothered not being able to make a cup of tea. " More >

  "This hotel has a great location...yards from the central square. A lovely old building housing a very contempary interior. We had a de-luxe room but it was tiny but the designers managed to shoe-horn all you needed for a 1 night stay. Flat screen television, small wardrobe tiny table and chair........"the bathroom and shower were again small but spotlessly clean and well appointed. Downstairs was a seating area a breakfast room.
