Although not en- suite this was never a problem, and other advantages of this great place more than made up for this minor detail. Michela, your reception manager, is truly one of the nicest we have ever met. My family is from Lucca generations back, and now all my family lives in NY. It makes me smile to think of how warm and pleasant are the peoples in your area. As I mentioned, Michela was exceptional and one of your most tremendous assets. One day, we had trouble with our credit card during the day…when we arrived back at the hotel in the evening, it was Michela that helped us through the mess and was pleasant through it all.   "Guilio and Simone really made us feel at home here. The whole apartment is very tastefully furnished and the rooms are very comfortable. We had a stunning view of the city from our room. Guilio really helped us find good restaurants and cafes, so definitely ask him! We could breakfast on the balcony...", and breakfast itself was very good too. The apartment is on the third floor of the building so be prepared for some stairs, but the view and care of Guilio and Simone more than make up for this. Overall, thoroughly recommended. " More >
