Our room was an Executive King which gave us access to Concierge Lounge. While we were there the Concierge Lounge was in a temporary location on the first floor (just above the ground floor). It was a nice space with a continuous supply of coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water, and juices. In the late afternoon and evening, there was complimentary beer and wine.   "This hotel is just renovated, and actually has not finished. The room is big and bright. The location is good with 10 minutes from Rotterdam Central Station. The subway station is in the front of hotel. As a Gold member, I was told that I was offered expedited check-in but there is no separate line ..."for HHonor Gold and Platinum. I waited 10 minutes on check-in and missed scheduled boat tour. They said they were selling Metro one day pass but only one in stock. Business center was closed for some reason but no alternative service for us using computers. Breakfast was just okay compare to other Hiltons in Europe. " More >
