So, unless you book into the King's or Queen's room, expect a room of the a size that has nothing to do with 5 stars: ours was about 16 sqm, not included a ... 4 sqm bathroom. And given the width of medieval walls, a decent wifi reception (one hour free!) is not guaranteed. But you'll have lived a wonderful experience in a wonderful environment next to a wonderful village, probably one of the best preserved in Portugal. On the palate experience side, we would give a good mark for breakfast (but do not expect a special buffet: no foie gras, smoked salmon or pata nera to accompany the Portuguese good bubbly wine, no exotic fruits or particularly delicious viennoiseries).
