It is easy to get to, maybe 10-15 min drive from the highway exit. There is a grocery store about 5 min drive. The price included everything, there was no separate charges for the cleaning, for the towels or anything else except for the heat (this has been a cold spring and we still needed the heat at night only). The kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment (Girasole) was clean, the beds were comfortable. The owner does not stay on the property but easy to get a hold of should there be an issue ( we needed for the heat to be turned on, we did not realize at the beginning we would be cold at night).
