Costanza and Serena provide wonderful customer service, with nothing too much trouble and they always go out of their way to make us feel welcome.The location is very convenient for the train station making visits to Florence and Lucca, for instance, very straightforward. On this occasion, our return flight from Florence airport was delayed for 24 hours due to adverse weather conditions and although fully booked themselves, Costanza was again most helpful in arranging an overnight stay for us in a Sesto.
