The service was excellent from collection at Geneva airport 9.00am. Returned to the chalet just after 5 and had a warm welcome from Sams and her team of young Emma, old Emma & Evie who made us all welcome and worked to our needs mainly great food and keeping the wine flowing.The lounge area was spacious but we did not get to use it much as most of the evening was sat around the large farmhouse table chatting.   "Rob & Vicky made this a home from home"
  "We arrived at Geneva airport and Rob welcomed us at the arrivals area and drove us to the chalet. When we arrived at the chalet we were also welcomed by Vicky and shown our room. We had a twin room which had two comfortable single beds, plenty of storage space for our clothes and a beautiful large b..."athroom. The bedroom also had views of the surrounding mountains and access to a balcony. The room was very clean and we had towels, bathrobes and slippers. We were advised on arrival that this was a no shoes chalet and so we left our shoes at the door and wore either socks or our slippers around the chalet, but this did not bother us. Rob & Vicky are very good hosts and work around the clock to keep the chalet clean, and keep their guests comfortable. With no additional help, I was surprised by how much they did for us, nothing was ever too much for them.
