  "This B&B is tough to beat! Mary is such a gracious and kind host who makes you feel welcome right away. She really goes above and beyond to get you settled in. For example, we arrived a bit early (3pm) and she invited us in and made us tea and sandwiches before we crashed for the night to sleep off..." the jet lag. Outstanding! Thank you so much from both of us. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Our bed was large and comfy. The setting is unbelievably beautiful and filled with country noises with plenty of parking. I would recommend staying here to see both Powerscourt gardens and glendalough. But for us, the host will make us return. " More >

  "From the moment my wife & I arrived at the reception until we departed we had nothing but the height of praise for management and staff who still consider the old fashion maxim that the customer is king. The bedroom was well laid out and very clean. Anything we asked for was dealt with straight away..." with the minimum of fuss. As a chef I have to give a special mention to the head chef and his team who served excellent fare and the breakfast was to die for. Food was replenished at regular intervals which meant rashers etc being freshly grilled. Of course every good chef depends on good waiting staff and this they had in abundance with very mannerly and presentable serving staff. All in all a great experience. " More >
