Second time round given a renovated apartment which was brand spanking new and basically awesome for the price paid so very impressed. Didn't have issue with noise. So I guess it really depends on whether you get a nicer unit or not. As to the comments about clean up fee, I think it's fair enough to return the place in the condition that you found it. Don't expect others to clean up for me if I've made a mess in the kitchen and encourages the place to be well kept. That being said, we did have a sink to wash up. The room itself was great - very clean, had all the amenities, the bed was very comfortable, the location was great - close to the airport but nice and quiet, and management had even turned the room heating on which was a great touch on a cold Launceston night!
