Had a tiny room on floor 5 (facing the yard) but it was incredibly cosy, quiet and well designed. The staff is nice and helpful all around, the quality of meals is great. If you are coming not at busy times, you can book your room at reasonable rates. My favourite part about the hotel is the bedding - the pillows are some of the best ones I have slept on.
