The only thi..."ng I can be negative about is that there was a woman there that was giving the front desk a problem and the owner stepped in. She began shouting at the woman even with other guests at the desk. I think the issue could have been handled a little better by perhaps taking the woman into an inside office.   "We stayed here for our family vacation visiting the Redwoods. We were greeted and made to feel welcome by Suzanne. She was able to tell us right where to go for one of the best burgers in the area even though we had arrived late in the evening. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and in general the place was perfect for our needs. (Most of our family vacations the place we stay simply serves as a crash pad or someplace to change and head back out. That's what this was. Not someplace to stay and hang out at.) During our breakfast we had the opportunity to speak with Jeremy about the surrounding area and he was a very helpful and accommodating as well. There was a third gentlemen whom we only met briefly on our last morning and he was just as great as Suzanne and Jeremy. These folks made this a 5 star place for us to stay.
