  "We stayed here twice. Once on the 4th floor and the 5th. Our rooms were quiet, spotless and very roomy with a pleasant outlook over the square. The hotel is far away from the trouble that had hit La Paz and stopped us from going on the train to Lake Poopo, flying to Uyuni instead. The staff are alwa..."ys willing to help. The restaurant is quite dark but furnished beautifully. The breakfast was the best we had in Bolivia and Peru. Our dinner was delicious.
