I do not like sags, cheap foam, or straw stuffing. The laundry is good. The bathroom has a rain shower head. The water is hot without being scalding. All tiles are non-slip as is the bathtub/shower. I like non-slip. It is located on a quiet, tree lined street. No fancy facades or arcades. The security is good.
