  "We spent two nights at Casa de Isabella (one before and one after our stay in Tayrona National Park). At the time of writing the hotel was ranked number one on Tripadvisor. The room is gorgeous, with a great bed and even better shower (which was especially nice after the showers we had before and after). They let us store our bags overnight while we hiked in Tayrona. Breakfast was great with lots of different options, both international and Colombian (although "vegetarian" and "no meat" were hard to comprehend for the kitchen staff). It's a short and safe walk to a lovely area of town with lots of small restaurants with outdoor seating. There's a small pool on the second floor which our kids really enjoyed. " More >

Everyone has been saying it's a "party hostel", but I stayed for a relaxing trip with my fiance in a private room, and we were never bothered by the noise. There is a pub on the ..."2nd floor that serves good food and delicious drinks, and if you want to socialize you definitely can, but if you want to sleep or relax that is definitely possible. The pool in the middle is so pretty and refreshing, and the rooftop hammocks are nice too. The staff was very helpful in planning daytrips for us, and the facilities were always clean.
