When we got to the sunwing and was waiting about an hour for someone to take us to our room ,we were eventually taken in a big group ,and were taken one by one whilst everyone else waited til eventually it was your turn .luckily we were the first to be taken to our room as I heard it took some peo..."ple about another hour of waiting about til their turn. The room was really nice and spacious and clean .only fault it was a bit dark and the air con wasn't that cold 5star ! . The food in the sand sea & sun restaurants was average ,something was usually cold especially tea or coffee. Do not eat in the Italian upstairs ,! We ordered what was supposed to be tuna pasta but when it came looked like cat sick mixed with dish water with Hardly any tuna and tasted vile. We ordered focaccia bread with this but it came ten minutes later so we ate this for pudding,not bad tho ! Didn't eat in the Mexican or German so can't comment .
