Front desk was 'ok' and concierge was fine, But, honestly, even at front desk it was a hit or miss proposition. - WiFi: As another poster indicated - this is a serious annoyance. Its unbelievable that a supposedly business-friendly hotel doesn't have this down pat. Inconsistent access and constant need to refresh an endless password of gibberish. Extremely irritating.   "This Hotel is located relatively close to shopping mall, bus and train station. Staff do not speak a great deal of English but we managed to communicate and most were willing to practice their English. Room, although not large was adequate. Air conditioner worked well, plenty of hot water, bed was c..."omfortable and I even had a small balcony. The room was cleaned daily. American breakfast is included in the cost and although it was fairly basic, it was edible.
