Hotel staff very professional and check in etc was quick and friendly with plenty of individual check in desks where we were greeted with scented towels and a juice. Our room 504 was a s..."uite with a separate sitting room, hallway with wardrobes and a large well appointed bathroom with a walk in shower. There was a dual aspect balcony and another one in the bedroom looking over the sea. The beach is lovely and the sea is very clear and shallow. My only gripe is that the beach towels have a card deposit system and have to be collected from pool reception, there is no towel station on the beach. There were plenty of loungers under fixed umbrellas and we enjoyed drinks at Zanzi Bar with very friendly service. We had a sandwich in the first floor cafe which was good and served promptly.
