The staff tried to be helpful, but there a bit of mix communication when we tried to book our return overnight bus trip on the same day. Seat availability and prices seemed to change depending on which staff we spoke to. However Ingrid accompanied us to the bus station and made sure we got onto the right bus - a nice thing to do! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you are willing to pay a little extra for your stay in Puno. " More >

  "We stayed on two occasions at this hotel and were on the whole very pleased with it. The staff on the desk were extremely polite and helpful. Our room was large and had a huge 7ft bed which was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. There was bottled water in our room and coca tea availabl..."e in the foyer. They offer a pick up service from either bus or train station. The building has a lift which was an asset. The wi-fi worked very well in our room. It was only a very short walk to the main plaza and restaurants. The only one point we would like to make which we did mention to the staff was that the cooked breakfast was never hot. I think the kitchen staff need to make sure that the burners under the hot food are kept alight. Other than that there was a good selection for breakfast. The hotel does not do any other meals. If you were to stop over in Puno we would recommend this hotel. It is only a short walk to the square and restaurants and when we were there " More >
