  "We stayed in this resort for only 01day, but still we managed to enjoy the stay a lot. On arrival, their greeting was good. Its basically a resort, though in some places its defined as a hotel. We had a great time at the beach, and thereafter @ the pool. The Gym deserves a special mention. This resort also offers lots of facilities like Tennis courts, and playgrounds, though we didn't use any one of them. The breakfast spread was Excellent! Really had a great breakfast. The staffs are "Always at your service". Here I still remember Mr Mani, whose hospitality and support is worth mentioning. Its a Great place to enjoy a relaxing stay for 4/5 days...   "I have just returned from my holiday @ 'The Rotana Resort & Spa - Al Aqah Beach Fujairah. Everyone at this hotel were absolutely brilliant and as a lone traveller they more than looked after me. Should you go to this resort you must pay a visit to Sharkey's Bar and meet the Manager Kamal and his t..."eam. They work extremely hard to accommodate your every request. Special attention from all of the staff - Mark, Juanarita, Baby, Jose, Diago just to mention these in particular. The restaurant food catered for most tastes and I have to say that the food was good. If I was to mention the downside to the hotel it would be the following - 1) Too far away from the Airport approx. 2 hrs ( But I understand there are plans to have a metro link there within the next few years. 2) Alcohol prices far too expensive - 180 Dirhams for a basic bottle of wine ( £36 ) back home in the UK this would be only around 30 Dirhams ( £6 ).   "This was the second hotel as part of our road trip. We arrived a little early and our room wasn't ready yet so we went and chilled at the pool for a while. Once our room was ready we went up and found that it hadn't been cleaned since the last person had left, so we were moved to another room. The..." rooms are a nice size, we had a twin room but with queen size beds. The bathrooms are also very spacious. The hotel is in a very good location, just off the main road. It is close to the Corniche and Fujeriah Fort. The facilities are very good. We spent a bit of time on one of the evenings in the Shisha bar on the roof, service was incredibly slow and we actually had to ask on a number of occasions for drinks and then the bill! Staff at the hotel in the reception area are very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was nice, there is a big variety of things to eat! Very happy with this hotel.
