Our room in particular was on the top floor, had a lovely private terrace, and floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and bathroom with which to gaze out at the coastline and the city. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, the closet space was huge, and the bathroom and towels rivaled most others that I've ever used.   "We attended a wedding in Cape Town and were afforded a lower rate. The room was not a standard hotel room but was modelled to take up a corner in the building. The room was large and the bed was too far to see the TV screen. It was OK if you sat in the very comfortable arm chair in front of the set...." The bathroom and toilet were separated. The toilet was as if it had been placed in a blocked off passage with one down lighter for illumination. There was no window or exhaust fan in the toilet. The bathroom had only a shower (no problem for us), but also no window or exhaust fan. The service was very good. We had a very pleasant stay. " More >
