This is the best hotel in Chittagong so if you find it troublesome to take the hotel transfer in a comfortable car for 45mins from the airport, I really have no idea where else would make a better location in this city. Food Never tried anything outside of the restaurants in the hotel since there is nothing decent nearby without walking through some scary traffic. Have stayed on numerous occasions, and have received excellent service by the staff - always smiles and laughs...even had some nice contact with the owner who helped us tremendously with our business while w..."e were there. Nice location, however, unfortuantely I could not find a modern grocery store within walking distance in the area...but certainly possible this does not exist in the city. The rooftop is a nice relaxing public area, and a necessity for large cities in Bangladesh. Fairly decent food choices, I am just glad I never got sick (I have been sick on numerous occasions from the nicest hotels in Dhaka). " More >

Foys lake Banglow - its cottages and totally in diff place of foyes lake, kid of like a island. Pros: Banglow is really good for those who really want a peace and a ..."clam place where they can enjoy the view of lake the nature's beauty and also privacy. The food quality is ok. The facilities inside the room is good enough. And there is a balcony (with gold and platinum) that is so awesome to relax at night. The security and the service people are really helpful and active for any support for the visitors. Cons: When ever they want to go to the restaurant or another park of the lake they needs to call for the boat and wait for around 5 min. The food quality should be more better. I have seen the shower head was broken. I have to suggest visiting foys lake for a awesome relaxing tour who want to get away from this mechanical life and wants to enjo... " More >
