We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 pm to meet a very friendly front desk agent who was a bit worried about our arrival. Please note: the Front Desk personnel is only there until 10PM, so make sure you arrive before then. The location of this place is absolutely breathtaking, with great views of the Pacific Coast. The resort is right on the beach so the views are quite spectacular, especially at sunset. They also suggested lots of great stops for us to make on the way to San Fran and also told us how to book in tours of nearby Hearst Castle. Room was great, extremely spacious with great sized bathroom including many complimentary cosmetics. Beds were extremely comfortable. The restaurant next door is also great, the provided complimentary samples of some menu items. Overall the stay was fantastic, the only downside being we couldn’t stay longer. " More >
