We did not have a reservation, but the evening manager quickly was able to locate a room that met our request. We called the front desk to request assistance. The manager responded immediately with a new controller and remained until we could ensure that the new controller was working properly. While located against the interstate highway, the room was quiet and the bed clean and very comfortable. At breakfast the next morning, the manager stopped by our table to inquire about our experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation with him.
