  "First time at this property. I'm a Marriott platinum and stay at RC properties through tout the world for business. Arrival is lovely as you drive up. We pulled up but staff went in front and behind us to valet cars and get bags. They had blue tags and we had white, so prob something to do w residen..."ts. After a short wait, car was taken, but no bellman ever greeted us. Not a huge issue, but after being at several Asian ritz properties, noticeable. Checking was fine. For some reason my platinum number was not on file. Not much recognition when located. I guess I was upgraded to an Island view room, though I thought I had that room to start. Room was nice, not very large, no balcony. Dunes and cioppino were excellent w great service. Beach attendants were great and very attentive. Rumbar service excellent as well. Resort setup was wonderful and great for families and adults. So while room was not my favorite for price, many reasons to return. " More >

  "wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the club level island double room. What a great hotel., the service was great, the food was fantastic, the pools were beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. We found nothing wrong. When I was in the gym the attendant came with cold water; when I was in the spa...", they came with juice. The food in the club lounge was also great. The beach is on the property and the water was clean and the 2 pools were clean and very warm. The room was very quiet and everything worked well. thank you for a great get-a-way. " More >

  "Attended a recent conference for an-all-too-short first visit to the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the amenities given the business time crunch but the Ritz is a great setting that presented both a good stage for business and a nice setting for pleasur..."e as well. The conference facilities, food and beverage quality and service for the group was top notch. On the personal side, my room was spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. The grounds were also suitably tropical and well maintained. I got the shore-side view but you can't win 'em all. I've seen some reviewers complain that the Ritz is somewhat isolated from the glitz and buzz of Miami and Miami Beach. For me, that was actually a plus, particularly for a business conference. My only beefs with the weekend were that check-in seemed unreasonably slow and unorganized and elevator capacity and speed seem lacking.
