  "We stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton for a weekend trip to a ballgame at Busch Stadium. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but we really didn't have anything to complain about at this hotel. The hotel is just off of the Fairview Heights exit, but it sort of off by itself...", so you don't have to fight traffic to get to and from the hotel. Check-in/check-out went smooth and the front desk staff were very courteous. The hotel was clean and well maintained. We had a king room that was spacious and included a couch/sitting area. We really just used the hotel to sleep, so we didn't take advantage of any of the amenities. They do have a breakfast buffet that was not included in the price of the stay. It was $10 a person, so we opted to dine elsewhere. The hotel serves free BBQ and beer on Wednesdays only, but we were offered coupons for a sample of their beer.   "We booked this hotel through Hotwire as we were just passing through for a road trip. The front staff was very good and courteous. Because we booked through a third-party we were unable to get a king bed and had two queens instead (which the staff apologized about but we knew that was a risk). The b..."eds were very comfortable and the a/c kept the room a perfect temperature. My only complaint is that the floors were a little dirty. When we walked barefoot, we found hair and dirt on our feet; there was also some leftover soap on the counter. We did not use the pool because it was fairly crowded with kids, but even though our room was directly across from the pool, it was really quiet....a definite plus. " More >
