The B & B is in a gracious old brick 2-story farm house set back from a quiet road, amidst green, green fields. The B & B has a warm, homey feel. The hosts are very helpful and welcomi..."ng and make a guest feel "in one's home." The bedroom I stayed was on the second floor at the front of the house. The bedroom and attached bathroom were spacious, light and airy, the decor was simple and appealing. The high canopy bed was very comfortable and all was sparking clean. The breakfasts were a real treat: a large variety of menu choices and times for one's selection the night before. My breakfast this morning, for example, was fresh fruit salad garnished by fresh mint sprigs, quiche Loraine, and homemade blueberry scones (3!).   "Looks like they remodeled the place. I was very happy with the price and the room. The location of the hotel is very convenient with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The best part about this hotel was the pool. I would definitely stay here again."

  "We stayed for 3 nights with 2 small kids. The staff was very nice & accommodating. The breakfast is adequate for this scale hotel. Had everything you needed. Complimentary newspaper, tea, coffee & cookies was a nice touch. Pool & hot tub were small but our kids enjoyed it. It was a little chlorinate..."d to smell so we propped the door open. Fitness center was good, able to control the temp of the room was great. We had a handicapped room so it was extra spacious & really clean. The duvee, bed & pillows were super comfortable. We appreciate a later check out time of noon too. All in all this fit our needs & was inexpensive. The only negative I have is that the hall ways & lobby areas were blasting with cold air & made it uncomfortable going to & from our room, especially after using the pool. " More >
