Th..."ough the parking lot was almost full but the Hotel lobby and hallways were very quite and let me have a very peaceful sleep in their comfortable bed. Almost got late, just wanted to enjoy the bed a little longer. Great job of getting me back to Regency on my next business trip to the Springfield. Thanks folks. Great caring staff. Strongly recommend. They need some sign on the road. The Hotel is hidden from the main road. Good for me though. I found this Hidden-Gem fir me! But let you guys share.   "We recently stayed here to attend a family graduation nearby. We had some difficulty with reservations since the reservation did not "take" on the website so I had to call for help. When we arrived, I was informed that I would be charged for both reservations even though it was clear that it was a m..."istake. With some patient explaining, the front desk person eventually understood the situation and did not pass on an extra charge. We found them to be otherwise friendly and accommodating. The hotel is fine for the price and a good location if you need to be near colleges in Amherst or Northampton. It is run down and a non-smoking room had a distinct odor of cigarettes. I would not classify it as dirty but it is not sparkling clean. If you are especially fastidious, this may not be the place for you although there is not a lot to choose from in this area. Mattresses were a tad soft for me. Wi-fi was easy and cheap. The kitchen looked handy if you have kids although we did not use it during... " More >
