  "First impression is very important! Some how we didn't feel welcome when we arrived, maybe the receptionist was too professional (no smile)! However all the other staff were very friendly. This place was a nice surprise! We stopped for a month and will come back for two months in September! The cond..."o had everything we could wish for even our own washing machine and dryer. I think ours might have been updated e.g. flatscreen tv. Lovely balcony were we enjoyed our meals. Nice area with very clean barbecues. The pool was a bit small and there could have been some "child free hours". Some days there were not enough deckchairs. But we noticed some very selfish people that put their towels out and then went away for an hour or so. Maybe there should be a sign! Also the security gates were open during the night.   "I just got home from a week at TI. Let me tell you it was perfect. Check in was less than 10 minutes - we were in our Petite Suite in no time. We did have to have an engineer come to fix the safe - he was there less than 10 mins after the phone call and poof - all better and we were off on our va..."cation!. The casino did not smell - was not overly smoky like other people have posted -- and I detest smoke -- it was a bit small compared to some of the giant casinos on the strip but that made it easier to navigate in my opinion. We ate at the buffet and the food and service was awesome. The staff at the players club were extremely helpful and friendly - I am looking forward to our next trip!!! Andrea, who helped set up the conference ahead of time, and who welcomed us and helped with everything we needed - was wonderful and always with a smile. The pool area, where we had a dinner reception one of the nights, was so very tropical and peaceful. Had dinner at Wolfgang Puck and it was excellent - as was the frozen yogurt we had a couple of times. Had a chance to see Ka while there and that was a great show.
