The only reason tha..."t I wouldn't give the stay five stars were for a few issues: - First night: Refrigerator didn't have a on/off knob, and had no way to turn it on. Called front desk, and they had to send maintenance up to turn appliance on from the back. - Second night: Arrived back at the hotel late evening in a driving rainstorm. Key card would NOT work in entrance A. Had to walk to the front desk and wait 40 minutes to have key card reset. Huge hassle & inconvenience. - Same night: A local was nice enough to back into the front of my rental car. Not the hotel's fault, but smelled alcohol on the driver's breath. Our room was clean, quiet and..." comfortable. The location provides close access to the Seneca Falls Women's Rights National Historic Site that we ended up visiting not once but twice. If you have an interest in American history go see the sites that made the history. The food and staff in the dining room was very good. Try the spinach salad, it was excellent. Coffee is available 24/7 for free and it was the best we had on the trip and was certified Fair Trade which we look for. We each had a free apple muffin on check in that was nice after a long day on the road. We did not check out the other amenities like jacuzzi and fitness center but they looked fine.
