The room was clean and pleasant and serviced daily, and minibar re-stocked The entertainment teams provided good evening shows and were on hand during the day to offer activities The sea swimming area was small and was in the middle of the water sport area and busy harbour so not much space and it wasn't very deep but this is a location issue and did not really cause any worries as the pools are lovely The hotel offered good trips around the island and are worth doing The beach vendors are there but are also very friendly and do not hassle you, and do take no thank you as an answer and leave you alone We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly use Beachcom... We arrived in Mauritius without hotel reservations, rented a car and drove across the island over two days looking for the best beaches. None of the sandy expanses we are used to from the Caribbean… but the water is turquoise and exquisite.
