  "We were meeting family in Boone and the Hotels I wanted to stay at were overpriced for our short visit. I settled on the Fairfield, as we have stayed at a few in Florida that were good. First of all, they were scrubbing the tile floor at the entrance as we checked in. This cleaning continued durin..."g our visit and as a result the hotel is very clean! The rooms were very comfortable and the largest bathroom I've seen. The Front Desk employees were very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was more than adequate with hot items as well. The attendant always checked with everyone in the room before putting the food away to ask if anyone wanted something else, which I thought was very nice of her. I've never seen that before. This hotel is also in a good location for the College and to drive to Blowing Rock. We would stay here again! " More >

The first evening we had a bit of an emergency and needed help - Heather jumped right in and went out of her way to help us get it resolved.
