It's a family-run operation and the family lives on the property, so they are always about. Contrary to some reviewers, we found the owner affable and helpful. I don't speak French well, nor he English well, so our conversations weren't deep, but they were often funny and we both laughed at our language struggles. My friend and I stayed in cabin #10 which the owner told me when we spoke by phone was "the very best location -- RIGHT on the water." He was not exaggerating.
