Ian was sp..."lendidly flexible about our delay and remonstrated that we didn't contact him at 2 a.m. when we were having difficulty finding Harwood GH in the village to which we were directed by our satnav [bless the things, and thank goodness for iphone app!] How inviting the snowy white beds for such a short time - and the shower when we awoke. Unfortunately, could not avail ourselves of the breakfast which we're sure will be excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough tho' Stansted not really our airport of choice from here!! " More >

The room was large, clean, quiet and cosy and it's one of the best nights sleep I have ever had prior to going away. The bathroom..." was spotlessly clean and the towels lovely and soft. Nice touches in the room made it homely and it was nice to see that there was enough consumables in the tea / coffee tray. The airport transfers worked excellently and on our return our flat battery on the car was restarted without a problem.
