  "We stayed here the last weekend of April. They did not have the room I asked for the week before when i made the reservation. We were given room 120. IT WAS terrible. The heating unit made so much noise it kept us awake. The shower went ice cold after a few minutes. I decided to ask for another roo..."m for sat. night. THe clerk said there was nothing avaiable on the 1st floor in that building. The general manager heard us and came to help which was great. He gave us a suite. IT was wonderful and everthing was perfect. We would like to say THANKS. We will be back again. " More >
