Rooms were clean and found them to be of high standard. t..."he Bell boy Henry was great too, he took all our cases to our room within minutes they were outside our rooms. he even collected our cases for our return home!! The pool side was busy during our first week so it was difficult to get a sun bed but we preferred the sea as it was cooler with the breeze. The bar staff and entertainment staff were brilliant and the night entertainment was fantastic. The night disco was also good and played a good range of music. The best bits were the Beach parties, not to be missed and we all mixed in and had a good laugh. Accommodation - very clean and well maintained, bathroom layout slig..."htly irish, as we found you had to keep the door open in order to avoid being hit by the door (whether this just related to the family rooms only i wouldn't know), daily maid service with the bedding being changed twice, water left in room was a bit hit and miss, would be better worked on a maximum of 2 bottles per room, that way guaranteeing at least 1 full bottle, was sometimes left with just a 1/4 of a bottle, having said this, customer services provided an excellent service in which they had it delivered to your room, which meant we could carry on with our daily routine.
