Every single day I was there I saw somebody fall (sometimes minutes apart). Also the area where you place your tube into the slide is extremely slippery and people go down there all the time. Lifeguards sometimes help. Some lifeguards were great, others could care less. We saw one lady get cut badly. The second issue with the water slides, is the slide without a tube. You go down completely in the dark and it's a great ride. However there doesn't seem to be a weight or height restriction. Kids that couldn't be more than 2 were going down with life vests on. The food was very good at the sit down restaurants. The poolside food was good but not great. The rooms are very n..."ice. Very well soundproofed. The hotel was 100% booked on two days of our visit. The pool chairs were a little hard to come by. They have a bunch of new deck space and poolside stuff under construction. They will need it when the hotel is full. If you are have an ocean view, ensure you ask for a room above the tree line. The sunsets are incredible from this vantage point. The property continues..." to be spectacular. I am a Marriott Time Share owner and this is one of my two home properties. As such I am sure I probably receive better customer service than someone without the same status. I had thought the relative quiet of the property would be threatened by the arrival of DIsney's newest resort. However, the relative quiet and solitude of the property are still in tact. I plan to bring the entire family back and to stay in one of the three bedroom units. At 1800 square feet, it should provide more than enough room for my family of seven. " More >
