From the large bedrooms/bathrooms to the expasive secluded back yard to the great 3-seasons room/porch, the property is seriously nice! The owners/staff are really great people and serve a different go..."urmet breakfast each day (aong with table service). 24hr drinks/coffee available, complimentary wine, guest refrigerator, TV in the guest lounge area and additional dining table (TVs also in bedrooms..). So so comfortable! As well, this is prime location for downtown Asheville being in a beautiful hilly neighborhood within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of downtown.   "We loved the modern vibe in the lobby of of bright colors and varying textures. The customer service was excellent. Everyone who took care of us was friendly and accommodating. When it threatened rain, they gave us umbrellas for the evening. The furnishings in the room were nice, and the bedding..." was a very fine quality, but the flooring was a bit strange in a place looking for a certain European chic. If you're going to do without carpeting, a nice real wood floor would look and feel better. As it was it felt like we were walking on cheap paper. The bathroom had a very nice tiled walk-in shower and glass walls/door, but the bench inside rocked and moved about the shower seemingly on its own. Then there was the odd quirk of hot/cold being opposite. We really don't like rooms right next to the elevator, but there wasn't a lot of noise and we slept soundly.
