The room was really spacious, it is typical of rooms outside of the main tourist areas where a few things need a little attention but the view made it worthwhile and I have never seen a room be cleaned so thoroughly each day. There were a couple of highlights, we went to a ceremony at the village to thank the gods for what we have, the people of amed were truly friendly and generous and watching all the fishermen come in every morning between 7-9am, hundreds of traditional boats and walking along the beach checking the catches out.
