The hotel is run by Inghams so English staff and all of them were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful and clearly enjoyed what they were doing. The value was really good, breakfast, tea and dinner more than enough food and wine included during dinner and they certainly didn't scrimp on that. The quality of the food was commented on by every member of our group as to how good it was, certainly hadn't expected anything of this standard. The food at the ellmauhof is always exceptional with a wide range of choice for the kids from the kids buffet every day. There is always lots of things to do if you do not ski. We have stayed in other kinder hotels but can honestly say this in our opinion is the best over all. The hotel has got increasingly busier since we first stayed but this has not affected the level of service or put us off rebooking for next year. " More >
