  "We arrived in Seward fairly late at night. Imagine our surprise when the room we had reserved was not made up. The desk clerk did move us to another room while telling us the "price would be the same." As some have noted, it depends on the room and the one we moved to was very small such that there..." was little room for the 2 of us to move around. We did let them know we wanted to move back to the original larger room in the morning after it was made up. We went down to the more than adequate continental breakfast (standard fare for these hotels) and then went to see when we could move. Apparently our situation caused a little excitement as both the Manager and the Owner came and visited with us. We moved back to the original room and were comped the first night. All of the staff we met were exceedingly nice and helpful, even the one that checked us in. The hotel is in a great location for exploring downtown or the Sealife Center.
