The host couple are very laid back, friendly people, they lent us bikes to cycle down to the beach, and also got us out of a jam on the way to the airport.   "My wife and I and two children (9/5) stayed here for 2 nights in April. We had first floor corner appartment. Whilst it was small, it was perfect for us as we were on a "working visit" and were out for most of the day. The view of the Etang on a bright sunny morning is simply to die for! Marseillan ..."port itself is delightful and we enjoyed the short walk to find a place to eat each evening. We went in April so it wasn't very busy so noise etc from road and port wasn't an issue. I do wonder how it would be in peak season. All in all very pleasant stay in a charming location. Only slight let down was that our rooms were cleaned and beds made one day and then not the next....strange! " More >
